TOPSIS for mobile based group and personal decision support system

Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is an algorithm that can be used alternative design in a decision support system (DSS). TOPSIS provides recommendation so users get information their decision, example tourist wants visit destination Malang, then recommendations destinations the form ranking recommendation, with highest rank most recommended recommendation. TOPSIS-based Mobile Decision Support System (DSS) has relatively low complexity. However, there are some cases require development from personal DSS group DSS, tourists rarely come alone, which case them invite friends or family. For who more than 1 person, combined BORDA algorithm. This study explains about implementation & testing and TOPSIS-BORDA as algorithms mobile-based tourism Malang. Correlation was conducted test effectiveness system. In previous study, correlation showed relationship between user choice, value 0.770769231. this positive 0.88 produced each TOPSIS.
